Hi home roller,
I have a question regarding your skin serum. I received it about 2 weeks ago and I'm suddenly wondering if I'm using it correctly. My questions are : First, are you supposed to apply it only right after rolling or does it also work "standalone"? And second, in the instructions you say that using only 2-3 drops each time is enough, but the thing is I can't seem to be able to cover all the area I'm treating (stretch marks on my butt and hips) with only 3 drops or even 5. The oil just get absorbed in the skin too quickly. Any advice?
Thanks, Alex.

Hi Alex, I'll try to answer your questions by telling you how I use the serum. Applying it right after rolling is obviously very important, but you also need to apply it at least 3 times a week even without rolling. Just be sure to massage your skin with it for a few minutes (the massage action helps it get absorbed better in the skin). As for your second question, if you can't get 2-3 drops to spread onto the entire area you're treating, then it's OK to use more. I only wrote '2-3 drops are enough' because people (like myself) sometimes tend to think that using more will necessarily speed things up. I usually need 8-10 drops when I roll my stretch marks (plus 4-5 drops BEFORE rolling).
I hope this helps, HR
P.S. I realize this is too soon, but please give us an update on your results, once you start seeing them.

Thanks for the explanation,I will be using it as you say and keep you updated on any results. Actually, if it's in any way possible, I think I'm ALREADY seeing some change in my skin. I can't exactly describe it, its just looks better than it did just a few weeks ago (maybe I'm just imagining it...lol ;D) The stretch marks are still there, obviously...

Hi
Can you please tell me whether this serum is only for stretch marks or if you can use it on the face also as I'm wondering how harsh those oils will be to facial skin? I have bought and made up the ingredients and realised I should have asked before spent all that money with an idea to use it on my face!
If so, would you recommend still using a moisturising and/or vitamin c cream or would the serum do a good job replacing them?
Thanks! Rav

Just to answer my own question above..YES! I have extremely sensitive skin and suffer from Seborrhoeic Dermatitis so anything other than eczema type/very plain creams (such as Cetranben/CeraVe etc) makes me break out in spots and look red and flakey. I finally got round to doing my 1st rolling session and used a the Vit C serum you can get from Body Shop with the Serum for which you have given the ingredients and dosages. I can not believe how smooth and clear my skin looks from about 3 days and I have 0 flaking, indeed, the irritation I had before has just disappeared too! WOW! I only use the Serum at night as it will be too heavy for the day and use the Vit C serum with CeraVe in the day times. I initially used the Vit C serum & the Serum both but I am aware that probably your Serum contains a ton of Vit C already due to at least the Carrot Oil so I can just save some money on the Vit C serum from the Body Shop as it is a bit pricey and only lasts for 10 days.
I had not been feeling too great in myself the past 2 yrs and had stopped bothering much with a beauty regime, barely washing/creaming my face 2-3x a week so my skin had started looking dry and lustless. I now am amazed how supple and full my skin looks with all dryness gone! I had mentioned your Serum to an aromatherapist I go to for massage and she was suggesting I also use Frankincense as it is great for the skin too so I will add a few drops of this to the Serum.
Thank you!
